How Can I Be An Administrator On 2 Computers But Controlling Everything From My Personal Laptop?

I have 2 computers in my home. One is downstairs(PC and XP) and i have another computer which is a laptop in my room(PC Vista). I want to be an administrator for both of the computers from my laptop. How can I do this?
Please give me a good answer and how to do it step by step.
